摘要
为观察自拟消肿止痛方熏洗在肛门病术后的疗效，将120例肛门疾病术后患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各60例。试验组采用自拟消肿止痛方熏洗治疗，对照组采用1：5000PP液熏洗治疗，2组患者均从术后第2天开始熏洗，连续熏洗7d；对比分析2组患者用药第7天临床疗效及术后创面疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀症状积分情况及创面愈合时间。结果显示，用药第7天，试验组总有效率为96．7％，对照组总有效率为91．7％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。试验组在创面疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀评分及创面愈合时间方面明显优于对照组。结果表明，自拟消肿止痛方熏洗用于肛门疾病术后疗效确切，能缓解创面疼痛，减轻肛缘水肿及肛门坠胀，促进创面愈合，疗效明显优于对照组。
This study was to observe the effect of fuming ＆ washing with the self-designed formula for detumescence ＆ stopping pain used after anal disease surgery,randomly divided 120 cases who had received anal disease surgery into trial group and control one,60 cases for each;the former received this formula for fuming ＆ washing,while the latter was subject to 1 = 5 000PP solution for fuming ＆ washing;they all started fuming ＆ washing since the 2nd day after operation,up to the 7th day;then,authors compared and analysed following indexes as clinical effects, the score on postoperative wound-surface pain, ano-edge edema and tenesmus of anus, as well the time for medication.As results, in gross effective rate wound-surface healing of the two groups,on the 7th days of there was significant difference between trial and control group（96.7% vs 91.7%, P 〈0.05）,and in the score on wound-surface pain,ano-edge edema and tenesmus of anus and wound-healing time the trial group was superior to control group.Results show that this self- designed formula used after operation has determined effect and significantly superior to control group, and can relieve wound-surface pain,reduce edema and tenesmus symptoms,promote wound-surface healing.
