酵母菌-红曲霉复合制剂对蛋鸡血清、肝脏及蛋黄中抗氧化性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究酵母菌-红曲霉复合制剂对蛋鸡血清、肝脏及蛋黄中抗氧化性的影响。试验采用单因素随机试验设计。将360只海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为4组,每个组3个重复,每个重复30只蛋鸡。饲养试验分为预饲期和正式期,预饲期7 d,预饲7 d,正式试验45 d。对照组饲喂基础日粮,A组饲喂基础日粮+0.25%红曲合生元+0.25%的酵母,B组饲喂基础日粮+0.5%的酵母,C组饲喂基础日粮+0.5%的红曲合生元。试验结果表明:酵母菌-红曲霉复合制剂均可以提高蛋鸡血清、肝脏及蛋黄中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性及总抗氧化能力,而丙二醛的含量均降低,差异显著,此类制剂在蛋鸡生产上有延缓蛋鸡生产期的作用。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of monascus biostime and yeastcompound preparation on serum, liver and egg yolk antioxidant activity of laying hens. This experimentused single factor randomized design. This experiment selected 360 Hyline tan laying hens, divided in-to four groups at random,each group with three repetitions, each repeating group 30 laying hens. Feed-ing trial process is divided into preliminary trial period and trial period of the two parts. Preliminarytrial period lasted for 7 days, trial period lasted for 45 days. The hens in control group were fed a bas-al diet, A group fed basal diet added 0.25% monascus biostime added 0.25% yeast, B group fed basaldiet added 0.5% yeast,and C group fed basal diet added 0.5% monascus biostime. The results showedfollows:monascus biostime and yeast compound preparation significantly increased SOD, GSH-Px andT-AOC activities on serum, liver and egg yolk antioxidant activity of laying hens. However MOD activi-ties reduced,significant difference,Such compound preparation can delay effect of laying hen's produc-tion period.
