石蜡/多孔火山岩复合相变材料的制备及性能表征 被引量:3

摘要 基于相变理论,以石蜡为相变材料、毫米孔径的多孔火山岩为吸附基体,通过真空吸附及环氧包封制备出石蜡/多孔火山岩复合相变材料。对复合相变材料吸附性能、储热性能、导热性能和结晶性能进行表征,并分析多孔火山岩中与石蜡的作用机理。结果表明:多孔火山岩对石蜡的平均吸附率为15.3%;红外光谱分析结果显示二者之间的吸附仅为物理吸附;复合相变材料的相变起始温度为34.2℃,相变焓为35.32J/g,导热系数为0.6972W/(m·K);XRD分析结果表明,石蜡在复合相变材料中仍具有良好的结晶性能。 Based on the theory of phase transition, paraffin as phase change material, porous volcanic rock with milli- meter pore size were used as the matrix, the composite phase change material was prepared by vacuum adsorption and epoxy encapsulation. The adsorption property, thermal property, thermal conductivity and crystallization property of material were characterized, and the reaction mechanism of volcanic rocks with paraffin was analyzed. The results showed that the average adsorption rate of volcanic rock was 15.3 % ,and the infrared analysis showed that both of them was physical adsorption. The starting temperature of material was 34.2℃ ,the enthalpy of phase transition was 0. 6972W/(m·k), the thermal con ductivity was 35.32J/g. XRD showed that paraffin wax in the material still had a good crystalline property.
