摘要
标准高精度水位计主要有光电式水位计和激光式水位计两种,但因激光水位计是一种非接触式结构,且需要有反射板才能正常测量,给系统维护带来很大的不便。文中选用光电式水位计作为标准高精度水位计。标准水位计大致由底板支架、编码器、编码器固定板、端盖、壳体等13个关键零部件组成,其分辨率能达到0.5 cm以下,测量误差能达到1‰以内。
Standard high precision level gauge includes photoelectric and laser water level gauge, but because of laser water level gauge is a kind of non-contact structure and needs a reflection plate in normal measurement, this bring a lot of inconvenience of system maintenance. Therefore, this paper selects photoelectric water level meter as the standard high precision level gauge. Standard water level gauge includes roughly 13 key parts, such as bottom bracket, encoder, encoder fixed plate, end cover, shell. Water meter resolution can be up to 0.5cm, the measurement error can be less than 1‰.
