摘要
多球训练法作为一种简单有效的训练方法,在小球类项目的教学和训练中得到广泛应用。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对多球训练的概念、运用进行分析,通过对高校网球教学进行整理,在高校网球教学的基础上对多球训练进行总结,阐述多球训练在高校网球教学中的运用情况进行研究;对研究中存在的问题有针对性的进行解决,提高多球训练在网球教学中的科学性。
As a simple and effective training method,multi ball traininghas been wildly used in ball game teaching and training. This paper has used literature review law and logical analysis method to analyze the concept and application of multi ball. Based on the college tennis teaching, this paper has summarized multi ball training through the sort of tennis teaching; and makes a research on the application of multi ball training in college tennis ball training. This paper solves the existing problem purposely, and tries to improve the multi ball training in tennis teaching through a scientific way.
