摘要
目的了解护理硕士研究生职业决策自我效能状况,分析其影响因素。方法便利抽取2015年10—11月在山东某医学院就读的120名护理硕士研究生,采用一般资料调查表、职业决策自我效能量表进行调查,分析影响护理硕士研究生职业决策自我效能的主要因素。结果 120名护理硕士研究生职业决策自我效能总分为(131.34±14.98)分。多元逐步回归分析结果显示:性别、参加职业决策辅导是影响护理硕士研究生职业决策自我效能的主要因素。结论护理硕士研究生职业决策自我效能总体水平较低,在进行自我调节与努力的基础上,学校、家庭和社会应制定合理培养方式,分年级分阶段进行职业教育及职业决策辅导,提高职业决策自我效能,以便更好的做出职业决定。
Objective To investigate the current status of career decision-making self-efficacy of nursing postgraduates and to explore its influence factors. Methods With convenience sampling, 120 nursing postgraduates were selected and investigated with college students career decision-making self-efficacy scale and general information questionnaire, then the main influence factors were analyzed. Results The total score of career decision-making self-efficacy of nursing postgraduates was 131.34 ±14.98. Multiple linear regression analysis showed: gender and participation in vocational counseling are the main factors influencing the decision-making nursing graduate career decision-making self-efficacy. Conclusion Nursing postgraduates present poor career decision-making self-efficacy. Students' self-adjustment and endeavor, reasonable talent training and distribution mechanism, vocational education and employment guidance in different stages and grades would benefit the improvement of their career decision-making self-efficacy and making better career decisions.
