PTC“瀑布式”培训对临床护理带教老师综合能力的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨应用初级创伤救治(PTC)"瀑布式"培训模式培养临床护理带教老师、建设学习型护理团队的方法及效果。方法:应用PTC"瀑布式"培训方法,分7期培训212名新聘带教老师,分别从PTC多项选择题试卷、场景演示和讲师资格评估3个方面进行考核。结果:PTC多项选择题评分结果显示培训后成绩明显高于培训前(P<0.01);场景演示培训后成绩为(8.55±0.62)分;讲师资格评估考核培训后成绩为(9.44±0.32)分。结论:PTC"瀑布式"培训模式应用于临床护理能显著提高带教老师实际操作能力和临床思维能力,增强带教意识,有助于综合素质的培养。 Objective: To explore the methods and effects of training clinical nursing teachers and constructing learning nursing team by using PTC " waterfall" training model. Methods: PTC " waterfall" training model was adopted to train 212 newly engaged clinical teachers in 7 batches,and then the evaluation was conducted on the aspects of PTC multiple- choice paper test,the scene demonstration and instructor qualification. Results: The results of PTC multiple- choice paper test showed that the scores were significantly higher after the training than those before the training( P〈0. 01); the average scores of the scene demonstration were 8. 55 ± 0. 62 points after the training; the average scores of the evaluation on the instructor qualification were 9. 44 ± 0. 32 points after the training. Conclusion: Application of PTC " waterfall" training model in the training of clinical nursing teachers can significantly improve their practical operation ability and clinical thinking ability,and can enhance their teaching consciousness,which is helpful to the development of comprehensive quality.
