电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铅精矿和锌精矿中铊的含量 被引量:3

The Determination on Thallium Content in Lead and Zinc Concentrate by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了铅精矿和锌精矿中微量铊,采用盐酸、硝酸、硫酸三酸溶解铅精矿和锌精矿样品,并用稀释法消除基体干扰。研究了仪器工作参数的选择、测定介质和试样组分对Tl元素的测定干扰。利用^(193)Ir作为内标校正元素,有效地抑制了分析信号的动态漂移。在选定的仪器工作条件下,元素^(205)Tl的方法检出限为0.0019μg/L,样品加标回收率在98.6%~102.1%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.67%~1.29%(n=6)。结果表明:该方法样品处理程序相对容易、测量线性范围宽、分析重现性好、结果准确。 The trace thallium in lead concentrate and zinc concentrate is measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrom- etry (ICP- MS), the sample of lead concentrate and zinc concentrate is dissolved by hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and sulfuric acid, and dilution method is adopted to eliminate distractions of matrix. The following items are researched; they are the working parameter options of the instrument, the determination medium and the interference of sample composition on the determination of T1 element. The dynamic drift of analysis single can be controlled effectively by using193 Ir as the internal standard correction element. The method detection limit of ele- ment^T1 is 0. 0019~g/L under the working condition of the selected instruments, the adding standard recovery rate of the sample is 98.6% - 102. 1%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0. 67% - 1.29% ( n =6). The results show: The sample treatment procedure by u- sing this method is relatively easy, the determination linearity range is wide, the reproducibility of analysis is good, and the results are accu- rate.
