对比分析肾脏嫌色细胞癌和嗜酸细胞腺瘤的CT表现 被引量：3

摘要 目的:对比分析肾脏嫌色细胞癌(CCRC)和嗜酸细胞腺瘤(RO)的CT表现,以提高两者的影像鉴别诊断。方法:回顾性分析病理证实的23例CCRC和11例RO患者的影像学资料,对比分析其CT特征。结果:两组患者年龄、性别和两种肿瘤部位、大小、形状、CT平扫密度、肾窦脂肪浸润及瘤内囊变、坏死、钙化、中央瘢痕、贴边血管和(或)瘤内血管影均无明显差异。但锥形交界面和CT增强扫描各期强化程度的差异有统计学意义。结论:锥形交界面和CT多期增强扫描有利于鉴别诊断肾脏嫌色细胞癌和嗜酸细胞腺瘤,而其他CT特征鉴别两病无显著价值。
