摘要
为了解天津几种引进的特色家禽致病性大肠埃希菌的流行情况,对引进的矮脚鸡、苏秦绿壳蛋鸡、大围山微型鸡和泰和乌骨鸡4个品种患腹泻病鸡的病料进行细菌学检验和药敏试验,经分离培养、染色镜检、生化试验、毒力基因ChuA鉴定、血清学试验和动物试验,共分离出9株鸡大肠埃希菌,其中从5株中能够检出ChuA毒力基因,这5株菌分别为O2、O78和O88,有3种血清型。动物试验结果表明,携带ChuA基因的5株菌均具有致病性,且毒力不同,其中从矮脚鸡分离的毒株毒力最强,致死率为100%。药敏试验结果表明,5株致病性大肠埃希菌对链霉素、阿莫西林/克拉维酸敏感,对磷霉素和环丙沙星均存在不同程度的耐药现象,其中对庆大霉素、头孢唑啉和氨苄西林严重耐药,研究结果为鸡大肠杆菌病防控提供了参考。
This research was performed to understand the pathogenic Escherichia coli epidemic situation in several imported characteristic poultry in Tianjin.Bacteriological examination and drug susceptibility test of the pathogens were executed to the chicken diarrhea disease materials from four varieties, including Bantam,Su lvkedanji,Daweishan miniature chicken and Black-bone chicken. Nine Escherichia coli strains were isolated by isolating and culturing, morphological observation, biochemical test, identification of virulence gene ChuA,serological test and animal experiment. Among these isolated strains, only five strains carry ChuA gene, and they have three serotypes, O2,O78 and O88.The results of animal experiment showed that the isolated strains earring ChuA gene were pathogenic Escherichia coli and the virulenees were different. The strains from Bantam were the most virulent and the mortality rate was 100%.The drug susceptibility test showed that the five pathogenic strains were sensitive to streptomycin and amoxicillin/carat acid, but had different levels of resistance to phosphorus mold and ciprofloxacin, and the most of strains were serious resistant to gentamicin,cefazolin and ampicillin. This study provided a theoretical basis for the control of chicken colibacillosis.
