民航飞行事故统计及原因分析 被引量:34

Statistics and Causes Analyses of Flight Accidents

摘要 整理了2000—2014年间的370起飞行事故,参考CAST/ICAO通用分类小组(Common Taxonomy Team,CICTT)分类标准,进行事故类型划分并统计分析,结果显示,失控类、跑道安全类、可控飞行类以及运行失效类飞行事故起数占总飞行事故数量的75.6%,死亡人数占81.4%,确定为高风险事故类型。依据历史数据,以失控类飞行事故为例进行原因识别,并结合坐标轴法对41起事故进行原因分析,得出飞行控制错误、暂时性失控、飞行管理错误、发动机失效和其他环境因素为影响失控类飞行事故的关键因素;暂时性失控、发动机失效以及控制系统失效在航空器系统类中占50%以上,是该类别的三大关键因素;飞行控制错误、飞行管理错误为导致失控类飞行事故的常见人为因素。 In this paper 370 fatal accidents from 2000 to 2014are collected,referring to ones of CAST/ICAO Common Taxonomy Team(CICTT)and through statistical analysis,classification distribution is studied.The result shows that loss of control(LOC-I),runway safety,control flight,and operational damage represent75.6% of the total accidents,all fatalities account 81.4%and so it is identified these four categories as highrisk flight accidents.Based on historical data,the losses of 41 control accidents are taken as examples for causes analyses.Combined with coordinate axis method,analysis results of LOC-I displays that flight control error,temporary control loss,flight management error,loss of engine power and environmental factors are identified as crucial factors.Temporary control loss,loss of engine power and systems control failure have turned into crucial factors of aircraft system category,representing more than 50% of the total number of LOC-I caused by this category.Flight control error and flight management error have become crucial factors of human factor category.
