摘要
目的:评价颊脂垫修复口腔上颌窦瘘的临床效果。方法:采用前瞻性研究方法,以颊脂垫修复15例上颌窦瘘,其中男性12例,女性3例;年龄中位数53岁;右侧口腔上颌窦瘘8例,左侧口腔上颌窦瘘7例;拔牙术后14例,颌骨囊肿刮治术后1例;即刻修复11例,延期修复4例。结果:15例患者中成功修复13例(87%),失败2例(13%),其中1例为术后1.5月伤口裂开,另1例为并发急性上颌窦炎致伤口裂开。术后1个月,颊脂垫表面完全黏膜化。结论:颊脂垫是方便可靠的修复口腔上颌窦瘘的方法,而且牙槽骨保存利于后期种植牙修复。
Objective： To investigate the application of buccal fat pad （BFP） in management of ora-antral communication/fistula （OAC/OAF）. Methods： Fifteen patients with OAC/OAF （12 men and 3 women; age range from 32 to 80 yr） were involved, 8 cases of the up-right posterior molar region and 7 cases of the up-left posterior molar region. Tooth extraction was the most common reason for OAC/OAF （14cases, 93%） followed by maxilla odontogenic cyst （1 case, 7%）. Results： 15 patients underwent surgery, 11 cases with immediate repair and 4 cases with delayed repair using BFP. 13 patients were successfully closed, and 2 patients failed. All the flaps were epithelialized within 1 month after surgery. Conclusion： BFP is a simple and reliable method for the closure of OAC/OAF.
