镁掺杂纳米氧化锌及其光催化降解酸性大红研究 被引量:7

摘要 以尿素和硝酸锌为原料,采用均匀沉淀法和水热法相结合的方法制备了纳米氧化锌。以酸性大红染料为目标降解物,对该光催化剂的性能进行了测试,运用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱仪对其晶体结构进行了表征。实验表明,该种方法制备的氧化锌对于酸性大红的光催化降解效率明显。当煅烧温度为450℃、尿素和硝酸锌的摩尔比为20:2、Mg掺杂摩尔分数为1.2%时,氧化锌的光催化效率最高。 Mg co-doped Nanometer zinc oxide were prepared from CO(NH2)2 and Zn(NO3)2 by homogeneous precipitation. The photocatalytic performance of Mg co-doped ZnO was evaluated by the degradation of Acid scarlet, and its crystal structure was characterized by High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy and X-ray diffraction, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy. The research shows that, the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of zinc oxide was improved significantly after the incorporation of Mg. When the calcinations' temperature was 450 ℃, the mole fraction of Mg was 1.2%, and n[CO(NH2)2]: n[Zn(NO3)2] was 20:2, the photocatalytic efficiency of ZnO was the highest.
