摘要
捷克作为欧盟的发达国家之一,社会与经济发展的整体格局已经进入了后工业时代的可持续发展阶段,可持续的设计成为社会发展的共识。文章通过对位于布拉格10区的某栋建筑改造为学生宿舍楼的设计分析,经由几个关键词探讨捷克既有建筑改造的策略及方法,同时探讨了捷克当代建筑的特征及民族性和现代性的关联。
As one of the developed European Union, the overall economic development of Czech Republic has new era of sustainable development industrial age; thus the sustainable countries of and social accessed a n the post- design has been widely recognized in the social development. Based on the design analysis of an existing building located at Prague 10 which was then renovated to a student dormitory, the strategies and methods of the existing building renovation in Czech Republic are discussed via severar key words. In addition, the characteristics of contemporary architecture of the country, the relationship between the modernity and the nationality of Czech Republic are also discussed.
