摘要
目的:探讨综合性护理措施在降低CT增强扫描造影剂不良反应发生率中的应用。方法:选取300例2 0 1 4年1 2月至2 0 1 5年1 2月于我院行螺旋CT增强扫描检查的患者,随机等分为实验组和对照组。对照组对患者施行常规的CT增强扫描的护理,实验组在对患者施行常规CT扫描的护理外,加以综合性护理措施。评价两组患者检查前后生命体征异常的发生率、不良反应的发生率、对护理工作的满意度评分、焦虑和抑郁情绪的发生率的情况。结果:实验组患者经过综合性护理措施后血压异常率比对照组低(P<0.05),焦虑、抑郁情绪的发生率比对照组低(P<0.05),对护理工作的满意度评分比对照组高(P<0.05),不良反应的发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理措施能够降低患者在进行CT增强检查造影剂带来的不良反应、改善不良情绪、提高对护理工作的满意度。
Objective：To explore the application of comprehensive nursing measures in reducing the incidence of adverse reaction of CT contrast enhancement scanning contrast agent.Methods：300 cases in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients of control group underwent conventional CT enhanced scanning atfer CT contrast enhancement scanning, while the patients of the experimental group underwent conventional CT scanning, as well as comprehensive nursing measures, including preventive care, inspection and other aspects of care from the health education, psychological nursing, optimizing selection of blood vessels. hTe changes of vital signs, the occurrence of adverse reactions, the degree of satisfaction, anxiety and depression happened to two groups of patients were measured in the process. Results： hTe patients in the experimental group had a n abnormal rate of blood pressure lower than that in control group atfer the comprehensive nursing measures （P〈0.05）, and the incidence of anxiety and depression in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of the experimental group about nursing work is higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. hTe adverse reaction incidence of the experimental group were lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：hTe comprehensive nursing measures can reduce the adverse reaction, improve the bad mood, and improve the satisfaction of nursing work in patients with CT contrast enhancement scanning.
