摘要
通过煤制氢、煤制甲醇变换炉选型、工艺性能、结构设计、选材、制造、运行维护等方面对比分析,研究各种技术特点,分析2种变换炉各自的技术优势和不足,对于变换炉选型、设计、制造、操作运行以及今后一氧化碳变换技术选择都具有一定借鉴和指导意义。
By comparative analysis of the type selection,process performance,structure design,material selection,manufacture,operation and maintenance,and other aspects of shift converters in Coal to Hydrogen plant and Coal to Methanol plant,various technical characteristics are studied. The advantages and disadvantages of each shift converter are analyzed. It has definite referential and instructional significance for the type selection,design,manufacture,operation and maintenance of shift converters and the future selection of the CO shift technology.
