摘要
目的：分析血必净联合抗生素用于治疗ICU重症肺感染的临床效果。方法选择我院在2014年9月～2015年5月诊治的ICU重症肺感染患者88例进行治疗分析，根据治疗方法的不同将患者分为研究组和对照组患者各44例，研究组患者采用血必净联合抗生素进行治疗，对照组患者采用抗生素进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为95.4%，对照组患者治疗总有效率为77.3%，研究组患者治疗效果更好（P＜0.05）。结论在ICU重症肺感染的治疗中选择血必净联合抗生素治疗有着非常好的效果，改善患者症状，安全可靠。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the Xuebijing injection combined with antibiotics for the treatment of ICU severe lung infection. MethodsIn our hospital,selected 88 cases with severe pulmonary infection in patients from September 2014 to May 2015 for analysis. According to the treatment of the patients,they were divided into the study group and the control group,with 44 cases in each. The patients in study group were treated with Xuebijing Injection combined with antibiotics,in the control group were treated with antibiotic treatment,then compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.ResultsThe total effective rate of the study group was 95.4%, the control group was 77.3%,the total effective rate was better in research group （P〈0.05）. ConclusionIn the treatment of ICU patients with severe pulmonary infection choice Xuebijing injection in combination with antibiotic therapy has a very good effect,improve the symptoms of patients,safe and reliable.
