摘要
某660 MW超超临界直接空冷机组FCB逻辑动态试验时,出现FCB动作信号未触发、除氧器水位调门全关、机组背压高等一系列问题。对FCB逻辑组态回路进行优化,最终实现机组FCB试验全程自动化控制。为同类型机组实现FCB功能提供了借鉴经验和技术参考。
In the FCB logic dynamic test, a 660 MW ultra supercritical direct air cooling unit occurred which was untriggered FCB action signal, the deaerator water level regulation valve was closed, the back pressure was higher and a series of problems. The FCB logical configuration is optimized, finally, the unit realized the FCB test automatically. The article provided the referential experience and technical reference for realization FCB function of the same unit.
