飞跨电容型多电平逆变器空间矢量与载波脉宽调制统一理论研究 被引量:16

Research of the Unity Theory Between the Space Vector and the Carrier-based Pulse Width Modulation Strategies in Flying Capacitor Multilevel Inverters

摘要 目前对于飞跨电容型多电平逆变器下载波脉宽调制(carrier-based pulse width modulation,CBPWM)和空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse width modulation,SVPWM)之间的统一理论尚缺乏系统的分析和研究。该文针对飞跨电容型逆变器众多的冗余状态,对其输出序列中各开关序列及其作用时间做了详尽的分析,并在此基础上提出了一种新颖的调制波分解方法,该法可以在调制的半个周期中自由分配冗余状态的作用时间,以满足不同的输出需求。以三电平和五电平逆变器为例,通过此法向CBPWM调制波注入零序电压再行分解调制,可以得到与SVPWM一致的调制序列,达到利用简单易行的CBPWM来实现复杂的SVPWM输出的优势,并将该统一理论推广到n电平下任意段数,仿真和实验表明了该理论的正确性。 The unity theory between the cartier-based pulse width modulation (CBPWM) and the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) based on the flying capacitor multilevel inverters hasn't been systematic analyzed. Due to the redundancies of the flying capacitor multilevel inverters, this paper firstly focused on the switching sequence and the working ratio of each switching state, and then proposed a novel method of decomposing modulation wave. This method could distribute the ratio of redundancies arbitrarily to satisfy the requirements of the output. Taking three and five level inverters as examples, by injecting a zero sequence voltage into the CBPWM modulation wave, and then decomposing the new modulation wave, we could get the same sequence of SVPWM modulation. This method toke the advantages of using simple CBPWM to realize the complex output of SVPWM. At last, we deduced the unity theory of the SVPWM and CBPWM in n level with arbitrary number of segments. Experimental results verify the correctness of the unity theory.
