自动消隙摆杆活齿传动研究

摘要 设计了一种自动消隙摆杆活齿传动,其利用激波器与滚子之间的轴向相对移动来消除啮合副径向磨损间隙。由于激波器和滚子采用圆锥体代替圆柱体,使中心轮齿面方程和啮合副受力情况与传统摆杆活齿传动相比发生了变化。文中利用复数矢量法求得中心轮齿面方程,利用力学中超静定方法求得啮合副作用力。研究结果表明,自动消隙摆杆活齿传动能够保证啮合副实时接触,实现无隙传动。 An automatic anti-backlash swing-rod movable tooth transmission was designed. The radial wear clearance of meshing pair was eliminated using axial relative movement between the shock device and roller. The cylinder was instead of cone. Therefore, the stress condition of the center gear tooth surface equation and the meshing pairs changed when compared with traditional swing-rod movable tooth transmission. In this paper, the tooth surface equation of the center gear was resolved using complex number vector method and the meshing pair force was calculated using statically indeterminate method in mechanics. The results showed that automatic anti-backlash swing-rod movable tooth transmission could ensure the real-time contact of the meshing pairs to realize the no-clearance transmission.
