摘要
目的观察预防管理教育在儿童支气管哮喘临床治疗中的应用效果。方法以我中心2015年接收的50例支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,分为对照组和实验组各25例。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予预防管理教育,比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,实验组患儿病情程度显著轻于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿的病情控制情况显著优于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上对支气管哮喘患儿进行预防管理教育,能够有效帮助患儿控制病情。
Objective To observe the application effect of preventive management education in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 50 cases of children with bronchial asthma admitted to our center were selected as research objects. All cases were divided into two groups, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine therapy, while the experimental group was given preventive management education on the basis of routine therapy. The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the disease severity of experimental group was significantly lighter than that of control group, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). The control of disease of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusions On the basis of routine therapy, preventive management education for children with bronchial asthma can effectively help to control disease.
