摘要
从医疗保险信息系统结构发展沿革、医疗保险信息系统功能、医疗保险数据利用3个角度探究医疗保险信息化在我国的发展。针对信息化过程中的不足提出利用云技术开发医疗保险云系统,逐步统一标准,构建"三保合一",确保功能使用强大,运用大数据技术促进医疗保险数据的利用,进而为促进我国医疗保险信息化发展提供借鉴。
The paper probes into the development of medical insurance informatization in China from three perspectives, namely the structural development history of the medical insurance information system, its functions and the utilization of medical insurance data. Re- garding deficiencies in the process of informatization, it proposes that we should utilize cloud technology to develop the medical insurance cloud system, make it standard gradually and establish a ＂ Three -in -one＂ system, guarantee its powerful functions, and apply the big data technology so as to facilitate the utilization of medical insurance data and provide a reference for the informatization development of medical insurance in China.
