人工骨、骨水泥序贯注入对椎体骨质疏松性压缩骨折老年患者PKP手术效果的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨人工骨、骨水泥序贯注入对椎体骨质疏松性压缩骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,OVCF)老年患者PKP手术效果的影响。方法选取自2012年1月至2014年10月在我院接受治疗的胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩性骨折患者172例,分成观察组102例和对照组70例,观察组患者采取体外数字伤椎定位人工骨、骨水泥序贯注入经皮椎体后凸成形术(rcutaneous kyphoplast,PKP)进行治疗,对照组患者采取经皮穿刺椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)进行治疗。运用视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)评估术前、术后1周疼痛情况;观察两组患者术前、术后1周的cobb角以及椎体前缘、中部、后缘高度。结果两组患者术前VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1周观察患者恢复效果优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术前cobb角差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1周观察组患者恢复情况更好[观察组(3.0±2.1o)VS对照组(6.5±3.3)];两组患者椎体前缘、中部高度术后1周都得到恢复,观察组患者恢复效果更明显,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与PVP手术治疗相比,人工骨、骨水泥序贯注入在PKP手术治疗老年OVCF患者方面具有更好的临床效果。
