摘要
为了解中原地区奶牛场饲料氮利用情况,于2012年12月~2013年3月分别测定了河南省25个典型奶牛场的日粮蛋白水平和氮利用效率等指标。结果显示,典型奶牛场的日粮粗蛋白质水平在11%~18%之间;乳成分中除乳脂率变化较大外,乳蛋白质、乳糖、总固形物变化较小;乳尿素氮含量在正常值范围内;氮利用效率在30%以上的牧场占90%,且氮利用效率与日粮粗蛋白含量存在负相关性。
In order to know the nitrogen utilization situation of dairy farms in Central Plains, the relat- ed index of crude protein and nitrogen utilization efficiency of 25 typical dairy farms in Henan province were surveyed during December 2012 to March 2013. The results show that the crude protein level is 11% ~18% , and feed efficiency has negative correlation with dry matter intake. For the milk composition, ex- cept for the milk fat, the value of milk protein, lactose and SNF are steadier and changed little, and the MUN value is within the normal range. Nitrogen utilization efficiency of 90% dairy farms is above 30% , and nitrogen utilization efficiency has negative correlation with CP level in ration.
