摘要
复杂产品研制项目周期长、系统复杂度高、专业交叉、技术要求高。针对大量的不同地域的协同研制、大范围的协调管理工作,需要结合数字化手段对项目计划进行分级分层控制与监控。本文结合实际项目中计划管理业务过程设计了项目研制计划管理的信息系统的架构,并开发了项目计划管理信息各模块功能。
The complicated product development project is long period, high system complexity, high interdiscipline, high technical requirement. Therefore, the digital technical instructs is needed to monitor and control the project plan hierarchically owing to a lot of remote collaborate design and manufacture works in wide areas. Combined with actual operation process, the paper designed architecture of project plan management information system, and developed module functions of project plan management information system.
