中药联合氩氦刀局部冷冻治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌82例 被引量:4

Eighty-Two Cases with Senile Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer at Advanced Stage Treated with Chinese Medicine Combined with Local Argon-Helium Cryosurgery

摘要 目的:观察中药联合氩氦刀局部冷冻治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的疗效。方法:选取老年晚期NSCLC患者82例,均为2013年2月—2014年12月在本院住院治疗的患者,皆为经过放疗、化疗和靶向药物等治疗无效者。所有患者均给予中药联合氩氦刀局部冷冻治疗。结果:患者术后3个月有效率为87.82%,术后0.5 a有效率为81.71%,术后1 a有效率为60.98%;患者术后0.5 a生存率为93.90%,术后1 a生存率为77.92%,术后2 a生存率为45.00%,术后3 a生存率为18.52%;患者所有不良反应皆为轻微症状,经对症处理后通常于一周内可自行消失,术中、术后不良反应比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药联合氩氦刀局部冷冻治疗老年晚期NSCLC疗效显著。 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine combined with local argon-helium cryosurgery on senile non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) at advanced stage. Methods :Totally 82 patients with senile NSCLC at advanced stage admit- ted into hospital between February,2013 and December,2014 showed no therapeutic effect after radiotherapy, chemotherapy and administration of targeted drugs. All these patients were given treatment of Chinese medicine combined with local argon-helium cryosurgery. Results:After 3 months,0.5 a and 1 a of surgery.the effective rate was 87.82% ,81.71% and 60.98% respectively. After 0.5 a, 1 a, 2 a and 3 a of the surgery, the survival rates were 93.90% ,77.92% ,45.00%, and 18.52% respectively. All the adverse reactions of these patients were mild symptoms. With symptomatic treatment, tbese mild symptoms can disappear with- in one week. The difference in the adverse reactions between dining the surgery and after the sugery had no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion:Chinese medicine combined with local argon-helium cryosurgery has remarkable therapeutic effects on senile NSCLC at advanced stage.
