摘要
目的探讨玻璃离子水门汀与牙釉质粘结剂对青少年正畸后脱矿率、托槽脱落率及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法对2011年1月至2015年12月期间诊治的200例青少年口腔正畸患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各100例。观察玻璃离子水门汀与牙釉质粘结剂的粘结及防龋效果,并分析血清中炎症因子水平变化。结果玻璃离子水门汀组患者正畸后脱矿率、托槽脱落率明显低于牙釉质粘结剂组,而满意率明显高于牙釉质粘结剂组(P<0.05);玻璃离子水门汀组患者处理后肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α),转化生长因子β(TGF-β),结缔生长因子(CTGF)及B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(Bcl2)蛋白水平明显升高(P<0.05)而含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶3(Caspase3),含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶9(Caspase9),Bcl-2同源的水溶性相关蛋白(Bax),白细胞介素,超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),核因子κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)及骨保护素(OPG)蛋白水平明显降低,且玻璃离子水门汀组患者上述因子变化更显著(P<0.05)。结论玻璃离子水门汀对青少年口腔正畸有良好的效果,可能与其调控患者体内白细胞介素及细胞凋亡蛋白水平有关。
Objective To explore the effect between glass ionomers and enamel adhesive in orthodontic treatment and to evaluate its influ-ences on inflammatory factors in teenagers. Methods 200 teenagers received orthodontic treatment in our department from Jan 2011 to Dec 2015 were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups,each of 100 cases. The effect and influences on inflammatory factors were assayed between glass ionomers and enamel adhesive treatment. Results The results showed that the glass ionomers treatment group patients were lower in demineralization rate,expulsion rate of bracket and higher satisfaction rate（ P 〈 0. 05）. At the same time,the content of TNF - α,TGF- β,CTGF,Bcl2 were increased（ P 〈 0. 05）while the Caspase3,Caspase9,Bax,interleukins,hs - CRP,RANKL and OPG were decreased significantly（ P 〈 0. 05）after the medication of glass ionomers. Conclusion Glass ionomers and enamel adhesive are effective on orthodontic treatment in teenagers which maybe related with its influences on inflammatory factors.
