摘要
肝切除手术是治疗肝脏疾病的重要手段,但术后并发症严重影响手术疗效。肝切除术后全身炎症反应是导致肝切除后并发症的重要原因。减少术后炎症反应可极大降低术后并发症的发生,对术后顺利康复有着重要的临床意义。近年来,精准肝切除技术在减轻术后炎症反应方面的作用日益受到重视。笔者结合近年来相关文献,就精准肝切除术在减轻肝切除术后炎症方面的作用做一综述。
Liver resection is an important treatment modality for liver diseases. However, the postoperative complications adversely affect the outcome of treatment. Systemic inlfammatory response atfer liver resection is a crucial factor for causing postoperative complications. Inhibiting the inlfammatory reaction can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which has an important clinical signiifcance in postoperative recovery of patients. In recent years, precise hepatectomy technique has received increasing attention in terms of relieving postoperative inlfammation. Here the authors, based on the relevant literature review, summarize the alleviating effect of precise hepatectomy on postoperative inlfammation.
