摘要
目的观察口服十一酸睾酮治疗男性迟发性性腺功能减退的临床疗效以及长期服用对睾酮水平、红细胞计数、红细胞压积、血脂、空腹血糖、平均动脉压等指标的影响。方法选取迟发性性腺功能减退患者28例,给予十一酸睾酮口服,分别于治疗前、治疗1个月、治疗3个月记录男性老龄化症状调查表(AMS)评分,检测红细胞计数、红细胞压积、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、平均动脉压、空腹血糖、血清睾酮并记录,比较治疗前、治疗1个月及3个月各项指标的变化。结果 28例患者坚持服用十一酸睾酮3个月。AMS评分、血清睾酮水平、红细胞计数、红细胞压积及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平治疗前、治疗1个月及3个月比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。空腹血糖、平均动脉压及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平治疗1个月及3个月与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三酰甘油水平治疗3个月与治疗前及治疗1个月相比降低(P<0.05)。总胆固醇水平治疗3个月与治疗前相比降低(P<0.05)。结论服用十一酸睾酮可以明显改善迟发性性腺功能减退患者的症状,具有一定临床疗效;长期服用可能使血清睾酮、红细胞计数,红细胞压积升高,部分血脂、平均动脉压、空腹血糖下降;男性老龄化症状调查表在男性迟发性性腺功能减退治疗评估方面具有一定临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of oral testosterone undecanoate on late onset hypogonadism（ LOH） in males and its effects on cardiovascular system. Methods Twenty- eight male patients with LOH were enrolled in the study. The patients were treated by oral testosterone undecanoate for 3 months. The AMS scoring,red blood cell count,packed red cell volume,total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,mean arterial pressure,fasting blood glucose,serum testosterone were detected before treatment,on 1 month and 3 months after treatment.Moreover the changes of these parameters were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results There were significant differences in AMS scoring,serum levels of testosterone,red blood cell count,packed red cell volume,high density lipoprotein before treatment and on 1 month and 3 months after treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. There were significant differences in the levels of fasting blood glucose,mean arterial pressure,low density lipoprotein cholesterol before treatment and on 1 month and 3 months after treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. The levels of triglyceride were significantly decreased on 3 months after treatment,as compared with those on 1 month after treatment（ P 〈0. 05）,and the levels of total cholesterol were significantly decreasedon 3 months after treatment,as compared with those before treatment（ P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion The oral testosterone can obviously improve clinical symptoms of male patients with LOH,and long-term medication can decrease related parameters,besides,AMS has certain value in evaluating male LOH.
