摘要
金川矿床采用下向分层进路胶结充填采矿法,应用棒磨砂骨料和水泥胶凝材料进行高灰砂比、高浓度充填。针对金川降低充填成本、提高早期强度,试验选取酒钢渣粉为主要原料,添加促凝剂、生石灰和脱硫灰渣等复合激发剂制成粉煤灰基新型胶凝材料。通过正交试验考察了促凝剂、粉煤灰和生石灰等的添加量对新型胶凝材料充填体强度的影响,获得了粉煤灰基新型胶凝材料的最佳配合比,减少至少20%的水泥掺量,既降低了充填成本,又充分利用了固体废弃物,获得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
The downward slicing drift mining method with ce- mented backfill was adopted in Jinchuan deposit. And ",he rod-milling tailings and cement were used to carry out the high-density filling with large cement-sand ratio. In order to reduce filling cost and improve early cost, the new fly-ash- based cementing filling material was produced by selecting steel slag powder as the main material, as well as adding co- agulant, quicklime and desulfurization ash as the composite catalysts. Through orthogonal tests, the effect of composite catalysts on the filling strength of the new cementing materi al was studied. Finally, the best mix proportion of new fly- ash-based cementing material was obtained, with 20% less of cement, which reduced the filling cost, made full use of solid waste, and obtained remarkable economic and social benefits.
