摘要
基于热力耦合原理和达西定律,建立了固化变形的数学模型,采用有限元方法对复合材料的固化变形和工装回弹补偿进行了研究。通过模拟结果对比,回弹补偿后L型结构的固化变形大幅度降低,表明该数值模拟方法可有效预测和控制L型结构的固化变形。通过L型结构的制造对比,验证了回弹补偿后零件的变形趋势与数值预测结果一致,表明该仿真分析方法可行,仿真结果能满足设计技术要求。
Based on heat-force coupling principle and Darcy's law, the mathematic models for curing distortion were developed, and the finite element program was used to investigate the curing distortion and control of composites structures. The comparison between the numerical results indicates that curing deformation of the L-shaped structure is greatly reduced after compensation, and the numerical simulation method can predict and control this deformation effectively. Through the experimental research, the deformation trend of the part is consistent with the results of numerical prediction. It indicates that the simulation method is practicability and the simulation results can satisfy the requirements of design technology.
