摘要
为解决由于液压支架立柱内外表面磨损而影响支架功能的问题,对立柱各表面激光熔覆工艺进行了探讨,说明了工艺流程,选取了熔覆设备并指出了修复质量指标。通过立柱激光熔覆技术可以有效修复液压支架性能,对其再制造有一定的帮助。
In order to solve the problem about the function of the bracket which is affected by the surface wear of the hydraulic support column,this paper discussed the technology of laser cladding on the surface of the column,explanted its technological process and equipment selection,and pointed out the quality index.The laser cladding technology can effectively repair performance of the hydraulic support,and has some benefit to its remanufacturing.
