摘要
随着SAGD生产工艺在新疆油田超稠油开发领域的规模化推广应用,注采井口装置作为控制注汽和采油过程的主要井控装备,其可靠性和稳定性直接决定了SAGD注汽和采油效率。现役注采井口装置虽然在一定程度上满足了开发前期的使用要求,但随着开发深入和工况条件的变化,这类井口的结构和性能等环节在应用中陆续暴露出了一些尚需解决的问题,同时其不能满足带压作业的要求加大了后期维护难度。为了解决上述SAGD注汽和采油井口存在的问题并提高其使用的安全性及可靠性,我公司研制了一种SAGD注采井口装置,其主要特点在于首次采用了平行双蘑菇头式油管悬挂器、应用了全金属密封结构和更合理的整体结构设计。
With the application of SAGD production technology in the field of super heavy oil development in Xinjiang oilfield,the injection production wellhead equipment as the main control equipment of the steam injection and oil production process,its reliability and stability directly determine the efficiency of SAGD steam injection and oil production.Although the existing injection production wellhead equipment meets the requirements of development in a certain extent,but with the development of deep and working conditions change,the structure and performance of this kind of wellhead has been exposed in the application of some problems that need to be solved,at the same time,it can not meet the requirements of the pressure operation.In order to solve the problems existing in the SAGD steam injection and oil production wellhead and improve the safety and reliability,our company developed a SAGD injection wellhead device,its main features include for the first time using a parallel mushroom head tubing hanger,application of the all metal seal structure and more reasonable structure design.
