摘要
目的:探究微型种植体联合磁性附着体对老年无牙颌患者的应用情况。方法:选取2015年1月到2016年1月我院收治的老年无牙颌患者24例作为研究对象,其中男性17例,女性7例,对患者实施微型种植体联合磁性附着体进行治疗,并在种植后了解患者修复情况。结果:对比治疗前后的数据,结果治疗后患者固位力以及咀嚼能力均显著高于治疗前,治疗后各项义齿相关指标均显著高于治疗前,差异有明显的统计学价值(P<0.05),治疗前后患者不良反应情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:对老年无牙颌患者实施微型种植体联合磁性附着体具有十分显著的疗效,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the application of micro implant and magnetic attachment in elderly patients with no teeth jaw. Methods： Selected from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital of elderly 24 cases as the object of study, including 17 males, 7 females and patients implement micro im-plant combined with magnetic attachment in the treatment of edentulous patients without, and planted after the patients understand the repair. Results： The data before and after treatment were compared. Results after treatment in patients with retention force and chewing ability were significantly higher than the treatment before, after treatment the denture related index were significantly higher than that in the treatment before, the difference was obvious statistical value （P〈0.05）, before and after the treat-ment of adverse reactions in patients with no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： It has a very significant effect on the implementation of micro implant and magnetic attachment of the elderly pa-tients with no teeth jaw, and it is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
