摘要
高职教育应该顺应社会发展需求,引入"工匠精神"势在必行,而且要率先提升其师资队伍的工匠精神,改变高职教育只注重培养学生的职业技术技能,缺乏培养学生的职业技术文化,即学生必须具备的对职业技术技能执著追求和坚守的"工匠精神"培养的状况。创新人才培养机制,把工匠精神贯穿于人才培养方案之中,落实到每一门课程教学与实践的环节里,不断培育和提升学生的工匠精神,直至把学生培养成高级工匠,更好地为国家经济转型社会发展服务。
