摘要
目的 探讨优质护理对髋骨骨折患者术后并发症及满意度的影响。方法 选取我院2015年1-12月收治的138例髋骨骨折患者,随机分为优质组和对比组,每组69例,优质组采用优质护理,对比组采用常规护理,比较两组术后并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果 两组并发症发生率、护理满意度差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 优质护理的护理效果更好,可有效减少患者的术后并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度,具有临床推广价值。
Objective TTo explore the effect on the complications and the nursing satisfaction of hip fracture patients treated with quality nursing care. Methods 138 cases of hip fracture patients were selected in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015, all the patients were randomly divided into high-quality group and contrast group, there were 69 cases in each group, the high-quality groups treated with high quality nursing, the contrast group used routine nursing, the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results There were significant difference between two groups in incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing effect of high quality nursing is higher, can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve nursing satisfaction, which has clinical value.
