摘要
目的探究罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼蛛网膜下腔联合麻醉在剖宫产手术的应用效果。方法将我院92例实施剖宫产手术的产妇作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各46例。单一组予以罗哌卡因蛛网膜下腔联合麻醉,联合组予以罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼蜘网膜下腔联合麻醉。统计两组产妇麻醉效果与不良反应发生情况。结果单一组产妇麻醉起效时间长于联合组,持续时间短于联合组,两组差异显著(P<0.05);单一组产妇不良反应发生率10.9%与联合组8.7%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼蛛网膜下腔联合麻醉应用于剖宫产手术中,镇痛效果较好,且起效快,持续时间长,不良反应较少,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To study application of the subarachnoid anesthesia with ropivacaine and sufentanil in cesarean section. Methods 92 cases with cesarean section maternal in our hospital as the research object were randomly divided into two groups, each of 46 cases. Single group received subarachnoid anesthesia with ropivacaine, combined group received subarachnoid anesthesia with ropivacaine and sufentanil. Anesthesia effect and adverse reaction of two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The single group were higher than that in combined group the onset time of anesthesia, duration was lower than the combined group, the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）; The incidence rate of adverse reactions in single group was 10.9% compared with combined group 8.7%, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Subarachnoid anesthesia with ropivacaine and sufentanil in cesarean section, the analgesic effect is good, and the rapid onset, long duration, fewer adverse reactions, has important clinical value.
