摘要
目的探讨清解透表汤联合针刺治疗小儿手足口病的疗效。方法选取小儿手足口病患儿168例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患儿84例采用清解透表汤治疗,观察组患儿84例采用清解透表汤联合针刺治疗,比较疗效。结果治疗后,两组患儿白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)均显著降低(P<0.05)。观察组患儿IL-6、hs-CRP均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),体温复常时间、皮疹消退时间、疱疹愈合时间、精神状况改善时间、自我行为控制时间、情绪波动消失时间均明显早于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清解透表汤联合针刺治疗小儿手足口病的疗效显著,无明显不良反应。
Objective： To investigate effect of Qingjie Toubiao Decoction and acupuncture on children with hand-foot- mouth disease. Methods： 168 children with hand-foot-mouth disease,selected in hospital from December 2012 to December 2014,were divided into two groups by random digital table method. 84 patients were treated with Qingjie Toubiao Decoction as the control group ,while 84 patients with Qingjie Toubiao Decoction and acupuncture as the observation group. Treatment effect was compared between two groups. Results： After treat- ment,interleukin-6 and high sensitive C reactive protein decreased significantly in two groups （P〈 0.05）. Inter- leukin-6 and high sensitive C reactive protein in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Body temperature recovery time,rash subsided time,herpes healing time,mental status improvement time, self-behavior control time, mood swing extinction time in observation group were significantly earlier than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Qingjie Toubiao Decoction and acupuncture have a better effect on children with hand-foot-mouth disease ,worthy of clinical application.
