摘要
目的:观察金花茶提取物的体内外抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用MTT法检测4种金花茶提取物对3种人胃癌细胞(MGC-803、HGC-27、SGC-7901)及人乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-435的抑制作用;采用小鼠肉瘤S180模型观察其体内抗肿瘤作用。结果:在体外实验中,金花茶提取物对人胃癌细胞(MGC-803、HGC-27、SGC-7901)和人乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-435均有显著的抑制作用,并且呈浓度依赖关系;在体内实验中,当剂量为50mg/kg时,JHC-1、2对小鼠肉瘤S180有显著的抑制作用,抑制率分别达42.39%和30.28%。结论:金花茶提取物在体内外均有显著的抗肿瘤作用。
Objective:To observe the anti-tumor effects of Camellia chrysantha(Hu) Tuyama extracts in vitro and in vivo. Methods:MTT assay was performed to evaluate the growth inhibitory rate of MGC-803,HGC-27,SGC-7901and MDA-MB-435 ; the S180 xenograft tumor model was established to observe the anti-tumor effects of J HC in vivo. Results:In vitro,Camellia chrysantha Tuyama extract showed significantly inhibition effects on the proliferation of MGC-803, HGC-27,SGC-7901 and MDA-MB-435 in a doseeffect relationship; in vivo,JHC-1,2 showed significantly inhibition effects on $180 (42.39 % and 30.28 %) at the dose of 50mg/kg. Conclusion : Camellia chrysantha Tuyama has significantly anti-tumor effects in vitro and in vivo.
