摘要
为设计出符合用户需求的产品,提高设计的效率并缩短开发周期,提出一种应用案例知识进行产品创新设计的方法。以产品创新设计的特征为基础,沿用案例推理(CBR)理论中用案例知识解决新问题的思路,结合功能分解和功能本体理论建立了以功能为导向的案例知识表达方法,依据用户需求对案例进行功能的相似性检索和匹配获取相似度高的案例,再通过对案例功能组合、变异与修改,完成产品概念设计和后续的详细设计。依据客户需求目标,应用自行车案例知识为基础,对移动售卖车进行了方案设计,验证了方法的可行性和实用性。
To design products needed for users, improve design efficiency and shorten development cycle, a method of product conceptual design according to case knowledge was suggested. Based on the characteristics of product innovation design, an idea using case-based reasoning( CBR) theory to solve problem was put forward; combined with the theory of function decomposition and functional ontology,the expression of case knowledge oriented by function was set up. The cases with high similarities can be obtained according to similarity retrieval and match, then product conceptual design and detailed design were completed through case function assemble, variation and modify. According to user demands, using bicycle case knowledge, the scheme design for mobile store was performed, the feasibility and practicability of the method were validated.
