摘要
这里通过试验研究了转速和密封面宽度对机械密封性能的影响。通过分析发现,转速和密封面宽度都是影响端面温升的重要因素,窄的密封面可以明显地降低端面温升。在混合摩擦条件下,密封面宽度对摩擦系数的影响很小。
By experiments the effects of rotate speed and seal face width on mechanic al seal performance have been studied .The results show t hat both the rotate speed and the seal face width are the dominant factors on seal face temperature -increase.The narrow face width can significan tly reduce the heat and the face width has the negligible influence on the f riction coefficient under mixed -fr iction.
