摘要
对企业标准体系建设有关系列国家标准进行了解读,指出整体思想和方法的局限性,提出企业标准体系建设新模式,一是"金字塔化",即企业基于国家法律法规和国家标准、行业标准、地方标准以及其他外部标准,构建和编制处于"金字塔"顶的系统、完整、真正符合企业实际需要的企业标准体系;二是"一体化",即企业的管理标准、技术标准和工作标准按照体系建设模式,以业务为导向构建企业"一体化"管理体系。在此基础上,充分发挥企业标准化积极性和潜力,提升企业核心竞争力。
The national standards related to the construction ot enterprise standard system are analyzed, the limitation in their overall thought and method is pointed out, and a new mode of enterprise standard system construction is put t~~rward. In the mode, there is a ＂pyramid＂, that is, an enterprise constructs a systematic complete enterprise standard system truly to meet its actual needs and at the top of the ＂pyramid＂ based on national laws and regulations, national standards, industrial standards, local standards and other external stan- dards; there is ＂integration＂, that is, and enterprise should make its management standards, technical standards and work standards form a ＂integration＂ management system oriented to business. On this basis, give full play to the enthusiasm and potential of enterprise stan- dardization to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
