摘要
辅助器具对于补偿老年人的身体功能退化和缺损,维持原有的生活状态具有重要的意义。利用2010年中国城乡老年人口状况调查追踪调查,采用二元Logistic回归模型,详细分析了老年人身体状况、经济状况和日常行为习惯对其辅助器具使用情况的影响。研究结果表明,当衰退的身体功能只影响老年人的工具性日常生活活动能力时,日常行为习惯会对其使用补偿视听和行动功能的辅助器具的行为产生影响;当衰退的身体功能影响老年人生命存续时,经济状况和日常行为习惯对其使用维持生命存续的辅助器具的行为的影响有限。
For the elderly,assistive devices are very significance to compensate the degradation and defect of physical function and to maintain the original state of life. Based on the 2010 Sample Survey of the Aged Population in Urban / Rural China,in the paper,binary logistic regression is used to analysis the influence which the elderly physical condition,economic condition and daily behavior habits have on their assistive devices use. Findings showed that when the decline in physical function only affects the elderly instrumental activity of daily living,the behavior of the elderly using assistive devices which can compensate audio- visual and action functions will be affected by daily behavior habits. When the decline in physical function has the influence on the life existence,economic status and daily behavior habits will make little impact in the elderly behave of using assistive devices which can sustain the life existence.
