摘要
随着钻井技术的不断发展,对钻杆接头的防磨、减摩特性提出了更高的要求。在众多钻杆接头防磨技术中,钻杆接头耐磨带操作方便,效果最好,是减少钻杆、套管磨损的最有效措施。分析了钻杆接头耐磨带的工作原理及其对材料性能的要求,综述了国内外钻杆接头耐磨带材料研究的历史和现状,并介绍了国内外各类钻杆接头耐磨带材料的优缺点,指出了我国钻杆接头耐磨带材料研究的不足和发展方向。
As oil and gas field exploration and development technology advanced,the requirements are put forward on the wear and anti-friction characteristics of tool joint.In numerous anti-wear technology of tool joint,the wear-resistant belt,with convenient operation and best effect,is the most effective measures to reduce wear of drill pipe or casing.In this paper,the working principles of wear-resistant belt and properties of the material requirements are analyzed.The research history and status quo of wear-resisting material in tool joint at home and abroad are reviewed.And the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of wear-resisting materials are introduced.Finally,the weaknesses and development orientation in domestic wear-resistant belt materials in drill joint are pointed out.
