摘要
目的：探讨关节镜下复位结合Ilizarov技术治疗胫骨平台Schatzker Ⅳ、Ⅴ型骨折的疗效。方法采用关节镜下复位结合Ilizarov技术治疗35例胫骨平台Schatzker Ⅳ、Ⅴ型骨折患者。参照膝关节Hohl评分标准评价膝关节功能。结果患者均获得随访，时间12～24个月。末次随访时X线片显示骨折处全部愈合。根据Hohl标准评价关节功能：优24例，良8例，可3例，优良率91.4％。结论关节镜下复位结合Ilizarov技术治疗胫骨平台Schatzker Ⅳ、Ⅴ型骨折疗效确切，具有手术创伤小、患者能早期负重的优点。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopy assisted reduction combined with Ilizarov technique in the treatment of tibial plateau Schatzker type Ⅳ,Ⅴ fractures.Methods 35 patients with the tibial plateau Schatzker type Ⅳ,Ⅴfractures were treated by using arthroscopy assisted reduction combined with Ilizarov technique . Functional recovery of the knee joint was assessed according to Hohl rating scale score .Results All the patients were followed up for 12-24 months.All the fractures got solid bony union eventually .According to Hohl rating scale score, the function of the joint was excellent in 24 cases, good in 8, fair in 3, and the excellent-good rate was 91.4%.Conclusions The method of arthroscopy assisted reduction combined with Ilizarov technique has good satis -factory therapeutic effects on treating tibial plateau Schatzker type Ⅳ,Ⅴfractures, and has advantages of minimal in-vasive aspect and the early weight bearing of postoperation .
