创伤性踝关节炎患者经微创踝关节融合术治疗的价值探析被引量：10

摘要目的探析创伤性踝关节炎患者经微创踝关节融合术的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的64例创伤性踝关节炎患者,按入院时间不同将其分为2组,每组32例。对照组采用开放式踝关节融合术治疗,观察组采用微创踝关节融合术治疗,对比分析2组的临床治疗效果。结果术后6个月,观察组的骨性融合率优于对照组(P<0.05),2组踝-后足评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);术后12个月,2组患者的骨性融合率无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组的踝-后足评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创踝关节融合术治疗创伤性踝关节炎的临床效果更为显著,且具有骨性融合率高、创伤小、痛苦少等优势,值得在临床实践中推广应用。
