摘要
目的评价经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗老年女性陈旧性腰椎压缩骨折的临床效果。方法方便选取并回顾分析2013年3月—2015年9月接受PVP治疗的52例老年女性陈旧性腰椎VCF患者的临床资料,通过术前及术后3 d、3个月、6个月视觉模拟评分、Oswestry伤残指数、后凸Cobb角分析PVP临床疗效。结果术前VAS(7.5±0.6)分,ODI(71.2±5.6)%,术后6月为(2.1±0.4)分,(25.3±3.4)%,(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎体成形术能有效缓解老年女性陈旧性腰椎压缩骨折所致疼痛,术后临床疗效良好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of elderly and female patients with old lumbar vertebrae compressed fracture.Methods The clinical data of 52 cases of elderly and female patients with old lumbar vertebrae compressed fracture receiving PVP treatment from March 2013 to September 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,and the PVP clinical curative effect was analyzed according to the visual analogue scale,oswestry disability index and Cobb angle of kyphosis before operation,at 3d,3-month and 6-month after operation.Results The VAS and ODI were respectively（7.5±0.6） marks and（71.2±5.6） % before operation and（2.1±0.4） marks and（25.3±3.4） % at 6-moth after operation,P 0.05.Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty can effectively relieve pains caused by old lumbar vertebrae compressed fracture in elderly and female patients,and the clinical curative effect after operation is good.
