Effect of Silicon Content on Microstructure and Properties of Laser Cladding Ni-based Coatings

摘要 利用激光熔覆技术在纯铜表面制备了Ni-Cr-Si涂层,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射和能谱仪分析了不同Si含量对激光熔覆涂层组织和性能的影响。结果表明:涂层相组成主要是Cr_2Ni_3、γ-Ni、Cr_3Ni_5Si_2。Ni含量一定时,随Si含量增加,涂层稀释率减小,成形稳定性降低,Cr_2Ni_3相数量减小,Cr_3Ni_5Si_2相数量提高,硬度提高。 Ni-Cr-Si intermetallic composite coatings were made by laser cladding on copper. The effects of silicon content on the microstructure and properties of laser cladding Ni-based coatings were characterized by OM, SEM, XRD and EDS. The results indicate that the coatings are composed of Cr3Ni5Si2, Cr2Ni3, γ-Ni phases. Under a certain Ni content, the increase of the addition of Si could reduce the dilution rate of the coating, deteriorate the stability of the coatings, then, the the amounts of Cr2Ni3 phases decrease, the amounts of Cr3Ni5Si2 phases increase, and the hardness increases.
