解毒活血药调控肿瘤新生血管形成机制的研究进展 被引量:17

摘要 肿瘤组织的新生血管形成是影响肿瘤发生发展的重要因素。肿瘤微环境中的新生血管形成是一个多细胞、多因素参与的过程,肿瘤细胞、血管内皮细胞、肿瘤间质细胞等多种细胞参与其中。临床实践中也多见瘀毒证候表现的肿瘤患者,且在治疗过程中配伍解毒、活血药物也取得了一定疗效。近年来的研究也表明解毒、活血中药对肿瘤新生血管形成具有抑制作用,并且对肿瘤微环境具有多靶点的调控作用。文章对肿瘤新生血管形成的机制和解毒、活血药对其作用的靶点做一论述。 The formation of neovascularization in tumor tissue is an important factor affecting the development of cancer. The process of neovascularization forming in tumor microenvironment includes a multicellular, multiple factors involving tumor cells, endothelial cells and tumor stromal cells, etc. Meanwhile, tumor patients of blood stasis and compatibility to detoxify syndrome performance share a certain number in our clinical practicing and have a good curative effect on the disintoxicating and invigorate the circulation therapy. In recent years, researches had shown that herbs of detoxify, invigorate the circulation had inhibitory effect on tumor neovascularization formation, and multi-target regulating function on the tumor microenvironment. Therefore, this article summarized the mechanism of tumor neovascularization and targets of detoxifying and invigorating the circulation herbs actions on it.
