摘要
利用气相色谱法同时测定土壤中三唑酮及6种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留,首先用乙腈萃取出土壤中残留的农药,并使用弗罗里矽柱净化,然后用正己烷定容,处理好的样液用气相色谱仪进行分离检测,最终实现定性和定量测定。试验结果表明,此方法最低检出限可达到0.005μg·mL^(-1)或更低,回收率范围为88.0%~106.0%,RSD为3.3%~7.2%。
Triadimefon and 6 pyrethroid pesticides in soil were simuhaneously determined by adopting gas chromatography. Firstly, these pesticides were extracted from soil using acetonitrile as extracting solvent,and then using florisil column to purify the extract. Finally, the extracted pesticide residues were analysed by gas chromatograph for qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The re- sults showed that the minimum determination limit of this method was 0.005 μg·mL-1 or better, a recovery range was 88.0%-106.0% and RSD was 3.3%-7.2%, which were consistent with the requirements in relative standards of pesticide residue detection in China.
